    The leather soles are extremely slippery. I now purchase these automatically with the shoes.

    Extremely important on leather soles. Otherwise high risk of slipping and falling, which I did. Would appreciate it if the rubber forefront was already attached which would save the additional cobbler cost. I can’t imagine wearing these without it.

    Very nice. However, it would be so much better to be able to just have them put on the shoes, barring that, paying for them and having them put on so that it doesn’t cost another $75 to have them put on the shoes and the effort of finding a cobbler. I really feel that shoes this expensive should come fully finished, including adding a non-slip bottom so they can be worn immediately and the bottoms are protected. It’s quite frustrating that not only do some of the shoes come with the bottoms already on, but it’s not even consistent across shoe designs. Some Miss Charlottes have them, for instance, and some don’t.

    Please, just put them on the shoes that have leather bottoms, like the BedStu company. They sew on vibrâm soles and the shoes are so much more wearable straight out of the box and in all types of weather that may happen while you are out.

    Otherwise, fabulous addition to fabulous shoes.
